I was just reading through some of the comments about what foods people are giving to their Cavaliers, and noticed that you said one of your Cavaliers is larger in size then most. Well, I have one that is also larger and he happens to be a Tri. Ben runs in the lower 30#. I have to always watch what he eats because he gains weight quite fast. I have to say though, that he looks pretty good with that amount of weight. He does have a larger frame than my other Cavaliers do. My Cavaliers eat raw meat that I get from a place here in town which is specifically made for dogs. They also get a little kibble in the afternoon EVO (Innova brand). Ben gets the EVO diet. By the way, Dylan and Fenway are beautiful.
Sure Marilou, like I know more than you do, right! LOL Remember you getting Dylan, and then Fenway, was the inspiration for me getting Charlie! Actually I was sizing up your experiences with Dylan for that year before I really gave any serious consideration to getting one. But it was the photos of your new puppy, Fenway, that tore at my heart strings and I guess from all that you had demonstrated with Dylan for that year, I was ready. Now my husband, that was another story - it took Charlie to convince him that it had been a good decision! ;o) Not me, I was in love from the moment he arrived here in Seattle!
