I'm familiar with this Rescue, as I live in the Chicago area, and have local friends who are involved with rescue, as well. I agree with you, regarding puppy mills, and the sad fact is that they aren't going out of business any time soon. These pups…

I am in total agreement! There is also the Great Chicago Cavalier Rescue for those of you in Illinois. http://www.gccavalierrescue.org/
But the two mentioned above are much larger.
