eating?

My dog never turns down food, but I usually put water in with his dry food to give him some additional water (and also to slow down his eating). I do the same for my Golden Retriever.

Yes, yes! Lady is very picky about her food. She will only eat kibbles n bits. My suggestion to you is: wean her off the chicken. certainly it can't be good for her everyday. However, if she refuses to eat, just put a little chicken in...

Yes. I've tried almost every dog food. Eddie seems to like Nature's Choice, easy to digest, canned food and it agrees with his stomach. Good Luck.

Yes, with my six month old Jenna, who is a "reluctant eater." However, I feed her Fromm dry, duck and sweet potatoes, mixed with a little pumpkin and a good probiotic powder, and feed her in her crate. She has no distractions! So far, so good!
Marley loves this food, as well, and snarfs it!

I'll tell you what my vet told me: when they are hungry, they will eat. You should not have to mix her food with anything, let alone hand feed her. She might turn her nose up at what you give her for a while, but when she gets hungry enough, she WILL eat. Dry food is the best thing for them, any thing else should be considered a treat and only given to them on special occasions. And she also told me NEVER to feed them people food. They have a hard time digesting it. It also leads to begging when it's time for the humans to eat.
